Requests for a return must be made to our Customer Service Department, within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Customer service will e-mail a RMA # (Return Material Authorization)
No returns allowed without written & prior approval & RMA #
Defective items must be in original packaging & in good condition
Defective merchandise will be replaced & returned Pre-paid, if replacement unavailable a credit will be issued
Returns must be received within 14 days of RMA #
Any return must include a copy of original receipt
All merchandise shipped at buyer’s risk.
